Every wedding has a budget and we understand that. If we had all the money in the world we would film your wedding on RED Monstro 8K camera’s, Zeiss Cine lenses, and a DJI Inspire 2 (total package price over $100 000) but that’s just not doable unless we’re in Hollywood (we still use good Sony camera’s, audio gear, and lighting to ensure your film is up to a certain standard). We even film and edit your film in true 4K resolution (not upscaled).
What we try to do here at Red Finch Studios is provide you a great narrative and story driven wedding film that won’t blow away your bank account and wedding budget. We’ll work with you and provide a custom quote that will fit most wedding budgets (starting at just $2000). Our prices and packages can vary depending on what you want/don’t want in a wedding film so drop us a line and tell us more! Our Process
Step 1: The Meeting
We always suggesting meeting up. We know the process of planning a wedding can be overwhelming but we’re here to make sure you have a great wedding day.
We suggest meeting up to discuss your budget because every wedding is different. Being able to meet up to discuss your plans, locations, guests, and expectations lets us narrow down a package that would best meet you needs.
Step 2: Preparation
Getting all of the details set and equipment ready are the important steps in this stage. We’ll meet one more time to chat over the phone before the wedding date.Â
This way we make sure that everything is planned, and we know when and where we need to be. Then, its Showtime!
Step 3: The Wedding day
Just keep smiling and let your great personalities shine. We try to do as little directing as possible so that we can capture the essence and feeling of your wedding.
Pretend like we’re not even there, because this day is about you and the start of the rest of your lives.
Step 4: Editing
We work tirelessly on taking the shots filmed and sounds recorded and weave the story of your special day into something you can watch over and over again.
We will spend between 30 and 50 hours creating your wedding film, starting from the bottom up. Every story is different and we want to create something special just for you.
Step 5: Delivery
Within a week’s time, we’ll upload a sneak-peek to your wedding video, showing some highlights while your still in a post-wedding daze.
It will take three to five months for us to finally complete your masterpiece and we’ll upload it onto the internet so that you can share with all of your friends and family.
