THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR COMING

Thank you so much everyone! There was definitely not enough time in the day to mingle and meet with everyone but we thank you all for coming and sharing our special day with us. Some of us had a little too much to drink and passed out early (I’m sorry) but we hope you all had a great time regardless. 
This wedding was 2 years in the making and it finally came to be. Thank you to all the family and friends who helped set up on over the last week! It literally took a small village to put all the decor, church ceremony, tea ceremony, park ceremony, food and drinks, and reception together. We couldn’t have done it without your help.
These last few months have been hard for both of our families. Jamie recently lost her grandpa and Michael has lost an uncle  and it means a lot for our families to join up and meet during happier times. We can’t thank you guys enough for sharing this day with us. It really means a lot! 
The photos from the photo booth are posted as well as our wedding film that we showed during our wedding. The links to the photobooth will disappear after 3 months so please download the ones you want to keep! Check back in a few months when we get our photo’s and video’s up from the day. We hope to see you all soon.

Ceremony will happen West Confederation Park! The park is big so please use the google map pin below for the exact location.

Snacks and drinks (BBT + Warm) will be served after the ceremony but please dress accordingly!

Reception

 

Our reception is on the 6th floor in the beautiful Hudson Event Centre. Right next to McDONALDS! Walk along Stephen (8th) Avenue, look for the McDonalds right across from the Palace Theatre and you’ll see our spot. Look for the giant H.

Doors open at 5:00 for cocktail hour and refreshments. We’ll be doing a toonie ($2) bar so make sure you bring cash and get ready to party.

Parking

Best place to park for our reception is along 9th Avenue in Bankers Hall. Weekend rates of $2/day. Parking is underground and secure and is a two minute walk to the Reception venue. Best place to park for sure.

Where to Stay

Marriott Downtown

At only 4 minutes away from the Hudson Event Center, we’ll be staying at the Marriott Downtown the night of the wedding.

There is only Valet Parking available. ($25 a night). Rates are $129 for the night.

Occupancy is set to 2 people currently (don’t worry about this) and no choice of bedding is selectable right now (King or Two Queens). These will be selected at check in.
